Open Run dialog Box and Type firewall.cpl
Click on Advanced Settings in the left panel.
Select Inbound Rules in the left column of the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security window.
In the New Inbound Rule Wizard, select Port and click next.
In the next window, select the port type (TCP) and enter the port numbers and click Next
Select Block the connection and then click next.
Check all of them for the port to always stay closed and then click next.
Give this rule a name and then click Finish to add the new rule.
The port is now closed.
